Return Policy

All our products are customized and tailor-made. Returns are only accepted in cases where the product received is damaged or defective. Kindly note that products are considered faulty only if they exhibit substantial manufacturing defects or damages that render them unsuitable for wear or use.

The ownership of any returned item remains with the user until they are received by us. Notification of any damaged or defective items must be communicated to us via email within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any communication received after this period will not be eligible for return.

Please be advised that while we make every effort to accurately depict product colors on our site, variations may occur due to differences in computer monitors, smartphones, or iPads. Thus, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy in the display of colors on your device. In case of such color mismatch, returns will not be accepted.

However, if there is a genuine quality defect on a custom order (not from the sale section) , then at our sole discretion, the product may be exchanged for a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. Upon receipt of your return and post verification of the defect/damage, a store credit of the same value will be issued to you.

Simply inform us of any defects or damages within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing contact@shopveer.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Contact number
  • Attached images showing the defects or damage on the product

Please note that returns without proper identification may be sent back to the sender.

Once we acknowledge your email, you can return the product to the address provided on your invoice within 7 working days. Please share the courier service details and tracking number with us. We are not liable for any damages that occur to the product during transit from your end.

Keep in mind that any store credit issued to you can only be used to purchase another product of equal or higher value. The store credit will remain valid for up to six months from the date of issue. As a token of appreciation for your patience and trust, the new product will be shipped back to you at no additional shipping cost.

Please also be aware that all sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. You will then be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Sometimes, there may be a delay in the refund process. If the issue persists, please contact us at contact@shopveer.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at contact@shopveer.com and return the item to the address mentioned in the invoice.
